AC Shadows Introduces Unexpected Attack on Titan Event for Thanksgiving
In a unexpected collaboration that challenges conventional forecasts, Ubisoft has announced an virtual partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary additional story content for Shadows players.
Strange Questline Revealed
According to the authorized announcement, "A mysterious confrontation draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where rumors of forbidden ceremonies and monstrous changes resonate through the darkness." The storyline presents a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a secret group.
The questline concentrates on "strange tests and a terrifying adversary" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.
Familiar Settings and Changes
The trailer showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser finishes with a powerful moment showing a character, probably the captive, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Prizes and Additional Features
Players who finish the mission will acquire an exclusive katana in addition to several items secreted throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

This release also adds the game's latest no-cost story content, titled "The Enigma."
