Further Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct sections of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
